All Titanfall 2 Maps And Modes Will Be Free To Play

Giving even more reason to gamers who want to pick the Titanfall 2 this week, EA and Respawn have announced Titanfall 2’s post launch post maps and mode’s of multiplayer to be absolutely free.

Respawn is keen on showing that Titanfall 2 is “a different shooter” in this detailed blog post. In the same blog post they mention their choice to support multiplayer for free.

All Maps, Modes, and More are Free After Launch

No Season Pass required: all maps & modes will be free in Titanfall 2 Multiplayer. This means no splitting up the community and it all starts with the legendary Angel City map, remastered from the original Titanfall. This means once you’ve purchased Titanfall 2, your investment includes a full single player campaign, the full multiplayer maps and modes, and long-term support with no hidden costs. You can pre-order the game to play 3 days early, but it will never cost you extra.

Season Pass is the usual thing these days when it comes to EA games, and most multiplayer titles. But Titanfall 2 is not following the footsteps of other shooter games. Respawn announced that all DLC for Titanfall 2 will be free, so that players will stick for longer time and it will help the community to grow.

Titanfall 2 would be joining other game like Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Overwatch offering free multiplayer content. We hope more developers will follow this patch.

Titanfall 2 has released for PC, Xbox one, PlayStation 4 on 28 October.
