Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter, Nathan Drake, is forced back into the world of thieves. With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure. His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves.   According to Naughty Dog’s Evan Wells, The Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End that was shown at E3 in June with its in-engine trailer hasn’t been heard of since then. But that’s gonna change soon says Evans.   “It’s coming along nicely,” Wells told GameCrate at Naughty Dog’s 30th Anniversary art show. “We’ve been hard at work since E3 and all I can say is that we’ll be having so...

I couldn’t help laughing after watching this video and I have to give it to the company for coming up with this sort of a video campaign which is quite brilliant. You’ll see what I mean once you click the play button below.   We’ve complied a bunch of videos that will show you the final build footage of the game. Discover ‘Destiny’s sci-fi worlds with Google Street View

You’ll have to wait until next week to actually play Destiny, but you can start exploring the sci-fi universe right now. A new site called Destiny Planet View — built using the same tech as Google’s ubiquitous Street View feature — lets you check out the three off-Earth locations in the game, including the Moon, Mars, and the lush jungles of Venus. It’s probably the only way to explore without worrying about incoming headshots. Source: Verge

Kraken – Evolve’s New Monster

Evolve has been generating right noises from the initial announcements. One thing that which seemed amiss was the Goliath monster, which essentially seemed like a larger version of the Tank from Left 4 Dead. It’s a natural point of inspiration, given that Turtle Rock Studios teamed up with Valve to develop that game, and therefore a good starting point, but it just wasn’t distinct enough, and quite a tame design for a beast. Thankfully, with the announcement of a new monster in the form of the Kraken, Turtle Rock has managed to create something quite unique and very exciting. It’s not an entirely new idea for a creature – it’s a Lovecraftian beast, with strong ties to Cthulu – but it’s something that hasn’t really been done in this medium before, and shows that they’re going beyond standar...

H1Z1 presents Free-to-Play Zombie Survival to PS4 and PC

Remember the panic over H1N1? Well, imagine how much worse it would have been if it involved zombies! The recent trailer didn’t just make zombie-killer fans happy, but should’ve made pro wrestling fans happy as well with the use of one of AJ Styles’s final TNA Wrestling themes in “Evil Ways”. Zombie survival is a notable genre now, and H1Z1 is set to be the first MMO with that backdrop. The Planetside 2 engine is being used for the game, and given how fantastic that was, this should follow in its footsteps really well. H1Z1 is due out later this year for the PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam. Item-crafting is a huge part of the game. You’ll use that for your weapons, and also be able to use the system to build things like a tool shed. Improvised weapons can be crafted as well. You can craft a...

You can ride Elephants in Far Cry 4

Much like its predecessors, Far Cry 4 will allow you to do your killing in the same quiet and stealthy fashion. But we can see many gamers opting out of that when you can ride an elephant. It really doesn’t get much cooler than that! You can pretty much smash through gates and take aim at helpless enemies with your shotgun.   The video below from PlayStation Access will show you two very different approaches to getting through a certain section of the upcoming open-world FPS. Crossbows are like the bare minimum you need to do to get through, but getting all king-of-the-jungle on rather shocked enemies…that pretty fun too!

Tom Clancy’s The Division Looks Stunning in New Screens

Tom Clancy’s The Division Looks Stunning in New Screens and PC and next-gen console gamers are waiting excitedly for  the third-person shooter “Tom Clancy’s The Division,” which is to launch sometime during the third quarter. More details were recently unveiled about the game’s engine, Snowdrop, which is the first of its kind for a lot of reasons. Snowdrop was developed by Massive Entertainment, a Ubisoft studio. “Snowdrop is a dynamic, interconnected and united system,” said Massive in a statement last December. “The artists, the designer and the animators have the power to achieve their ideas and vision, simply by accessing the game directly within the engine.” The cutting-edge Snowdrop will also run in real time. “Each thing the creators develop needs to be instant and in-game, so...
