Super Mario Run, Nintendo’s first game for the mobile platform finally has a release date. The game will be available for download starting 15th December on the iPhone and the iPad. You can download and play for free, but that will only be a small taste of the game. In order to get the all the content you’ll have to pay USD 9.99 via an in-app purchase. However, Nintendo claims that this will only be a one-time transaction, and players will not have to pay for anything else later. Super Mario Run will release simultaneously in 151 countries. While the game is exclusive for the iPhone and iPad for now, Nintendo says that it will be released for Android in 2017. You can check out the gameplay trailer below.
