Phoenix Labs, a new studio who boasts of veterans from Bioware and Riot Games showcased their first game at The Game Awards 2016. The game is called Dauntless and features online co-op multiplayer for up to four players. Set in a dystopian fantasy, the players can assume the roles of warriors known as Slayers who need to craft weapons and hunt down giant monsters to survive. Inspired by titles Monster Hunter and Dark Souls, the game is a free-to-play title and will launch on the Windows PC sometime in 2017. You can watch the trailer for the game below.
