Gorgeous artwork,  a wonderful score, and a brutal world, Rise and Shine promises so much more but ultimately falls short. Sony responsible for Elder Scrolls coming out on consoles

According to Sony, the upcoming massively multiplayer online role-playing game The Elder Scrolls Online was not originally made for consoles.
