WD introduces NVMe SSD with read/write speed of up to 3,470 MB/s.

Western Digital, the American data storage company unveiled a new line of Solid State Drives utilising the NVMe technology. These drives promise higher throughputs as compared to the ubiquitous SATA drives. The new SSD range comprises of the WD Black SN750 NVMe and the WD Blue SN500 NVMe. The Black version is aimed at gamers and creative professionals with capacities of upto 2 TB. The Blue version is for more mainstream users who want a more efficient and faster computing experience.
