N64 Classic Might Be In The Works After NES and SNES Classic But Is It Worth It?
Nintendo previously released the NES Classic by making a smaller, modern version of the NES with 30 pre-loaded games and modernized controllers. There were only a limited amount that were produced with people buying multiple of these and selling them for exorbitant prices. This was a neat way to cater to a niche audience and worked out quite well for Nintendo. Then they decided to make the SNES Classic, again with 21 pre-loaded games but one previously unreleased Star Fox game, Starfox 2. The Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Nintendo’s follow-up console to the legendary Nintendo Entertainment System, launched in 1991 and introduced what many consider some of the greatest video games of all time – classics such as Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Super Mario Kart, Super Metroid and F-Zero. This year’s E3 was lackluster, to say the least. Most of the games that were shown were games that were already announced before, either at E3 2016 or during the time leading up to E3 2017. Also, a lot of same games for different platforms or VR version of games were shown, heck even DLC was showcased at E3. The Top 7 Most Disappointing Announcements At E3 2017
We covered the top showings at E3 2017 and now we’re covering the disappointments from E3. Nintendo Metroid Prime 4 Nintendo had a pretty great conference, probably the best conference this year so choosing a disappointing announcement was kinda hard. Sony blocking Cross-Play for Profit?
With recent announcements that Minecraft will allow cross-play between all the platforms and Rocket League for the Switch also announcing that it’ll feature cross-play, Sony has made a strange decision and have blocked cross-play on their platforms. The reasoning behind this decision is very weak and quite frankly, not a smart one but what do we “players” know.
