Marvel Ultimate Alliance To Get Free DLC, PC Patch Out

After sheer disappointment due to the Marvel Ultimate Alliance ports, fans finally have something to look forward to. As Activision and Marvel Games promised, the first free DLC is on its way, not to mention the fact that the patch for PC has been released. The PC shall focus on a lot of issues, including: Controller mapping improvements that address both Xbox One and Xbox 360 buttons, triggers, and a problem specifically with the A button General improvements to audio and fixes for the crackling sounds Improvements to player invitations for Marvel Ultimate Alliance UI updates and fixes for desync/disconnection issues when playing online The DLC is supposed to be out in the next few weeks for Ultimate Alliance on all three platforms (PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC). The update will be complet...

Deadpool, Spider-Man, X-Men games pulled from digital stores

Deadpool, Spider-Man and X-Men games are no longer available to download digitally. Developed by Activision, titles such as X-Men: Origins, X-Men: Destiny, X-Men: The Official Game, Spider-Man: Friend or Foe, Spider-Man: Web of Shadows and Deadpool have been removed from Xbox Live, PSN and Steam. Activision community manager Dan Amrich confirmed the news on Twitter, speculating that Marvel is planning to consolidate its library as licensing agreements come to an end. A number of the games were recently discounted as part of festive sales and can still be purchased at retail.  It follows the recent removal of the Marvel vs Capcom games from PSN and Xbox Live. The crossover fighting games were pulled from sale at the tail-end of last year.
