Seeing the success of Pokemon Go, it’s only natural that other games may adopt a similar platform. In an interview for the October issue of Game Informer, Niantic CEO John Hanke said that he already has some projects in development that will make use of the Niantic platform. Pokemon Go uses a lot of information that’s based on Niantic’s first game, Ingress, and it’s possible that more games will do the same in the future.
