Red Dead Redemption might have a PC version to it-rumour

The name ‘Red Dead Redemption’ seems to be found in this database maintained by Microsoft to help in determining application compatibility with its various operating systems. The listing was discovered yesterday by a GAFer and it shows the cover of the game with various compatibility statuses for Windows 7, 8 and 8.1. After going through the FAQ section of the database, it seems that in order for a product to be compatible, Microsoft considers several aspects such as the product passing the Windows certification requirements and receiving a logo, something which appears to apply to Red Dead Redemption in this case. Report: Battlefield 4 latest DLC details leaked

There a number of videos and images floating around the net revealing new weapons and other additional items coming to Battlefiel 4 in its latest DLC, Dragon’s Teeth. Xbox One to get a Sherlock Holmes game, plus some screens

Focus Home Interactive made it official that its upcoming Sherlock Holmes game,Crimes & Punishments, will come out on the Xbox One. This comes as news because the game was initially confirmed only for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC. Created by Frogwares, developers of various Sherlock Holmes game for PC, Crimes & Punishments features Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson investigating crime scenes. Certain hints on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One versions of Batman Arkham Knight game suggest another potential character. According to a report, the Dee Bradley Baker might be a part of the upcoming multiplatform video game. Halo to become a TV series?

This is quite a surprise for many as Microsoft is currently in “deep” negotiations to bring the Halo live-action TV series to premium cable channel Showtime according to reports. Microsoft said that they were planning to join forces with Steven Spielberg for the show last year. Spielberg will act as executive producer, and he’ll be working with developer 343 Industries and Amblin Television. According to some reports, the plan is to have each episode air on Showtime first and then on Xbox which will have added interactive material. PC system requirements for Wolfenstein: The New Order revealed

Bethesda Softworks revealed the system requirements for their mid-20th-century shooter, Wolfenstein: The New Order, along with details such as Windows PC specifications and console storage space. The PC system requirements aren’t divided into the minimum and recommended specs like its usually done, instead, said Bethesda on its blog, “The system requirements are based on the game being a next-gen experience running at 60 [frames per second]. COD: Ghosts multiplayer demo weekend free for PS4 and PS3

This weekend PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 owners will be able to gets hands-on with the Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer demo. More details are on the official PlayStation Blog, the free demo will be available from May 2 at 10am PST and run until May 5, 10am PST. This demo will feature three multiplayer maps: Strikezone, Warhawk, and Prison Break. These three multiplayer modes will be featured, including Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Search & Rescue.
