Battlefield Hardline Review

Battlefield is a game that has been around for a decent amount of time now and has been giving the Call of Duty franchise a run for its money. With Call of Duty coming out with Advanced Warfare, did Hardline do enough to win the hearts of FPS enthusiasts? Let’s find out. Hardline stars a young and honest detective, Nick Mendoza, a Cuban immigrant who grew up in a lower income area in Miami. New developer Visceral abandoned the old generic military vide and went with a cops vs robbers sort of theme, that honestly does give a different feel to it and helps segregate it from the Call of Duty titles. Has Hardline made the right choice with this new approach or should it have stuck with the established franchise? New Approach Going with the cops vs robbers approach could have proved both a risk...

Sniper Elite III review

Introduction It’s ironic that so soon after the release of Enemy Front, another title with a very different outlook on war has stealthily marched onto the scene. In Sniper Elite III, rather than making you think about the needless loss of life with the gory, slow-motion glory of every rifle shot, shattered skull, splintered bone, and ruptured internal organ, as you cut your way through a legion of soldiers Gameplay Set during the North African campaign of the Second World War, the games Kicks off during the Siege of Tobruk, as the elite sharpshooter you fend off a German attack and are recruited by British Intelligence, who ask him to investigate reports of a German General working on a mystery weapon that [well do I need to tell this] “could spell defeat for the Allies”. Killcam Mania 😉 T...

Thief lands on your console full of potential, but loses the plot midway

We were really excited with the build-up to this game and we’re a bit let down with the fact that Thief is a game that fails to step into the shoes of its predecessor in some ways. It is a game that lands on your console full of potential, but loses its steam midway. There are good things about this game, and they bear mentioning. This is the long-awaited follow-up to the classic Thief series, which is given a lot of credit for inventing the modern stealth game. So all you guys who have love stealth games, you should be excited 🙂 A visual update has been made which makes the game look wonderful when it’s running, though we have not checked out the first version of the game since it was release quite a long time back. The movement of the main character Garret, looks and feels great, and he ...

GTA V Review

Yes the most awaited game review is here. Well we’ve not been able to share it justifies that we’ve loved the game so much 😉 GTA V kickstarts in heist mode, with you and your crew already earning wanted stars speaks pretty loudly about Rockstar’s intentions here. There’s no consequence to the game proper though, because this fauxtorial takes place years earlier than when you’ll settle into the greater world of Los Santos and Blaine County. Rockstar’s one of the biggest additions to V, is character-swapping — a feature that can generally be used at any given time in the game, but is most fun and dynamic while each character is part of an event in V’s rich and expansive narrative. One such event transpires during your prologue, but like the rest of this review I’ll keep it spoiler-free...
