FIFA 15 – Christmas Commercial

Tis the season to play FIFA! Watch this short but funny commercial for FIFA 15. The video below feature Chelsea’s Eden Hazard take on Barcelona’s Lionel Messi in a game of FIFA 15. You have your snowmen, reindeer and gingerbread-men cheering them on as they try and out smart their opponent.     Watching this video really made me look forward to this winter, although the weather in Delhi is pretty terrible.

Games That Will Go On Till 2015

Once I started gaming I realised that this is a hobby that can be pretty harsh on your wallet and is not exactly for everybody. I mean sure we’d love to have as many games as we could get our hands on but at the end of the day you can only play one of those games at a time. Gaming is a field that is starting to gain popularity pretty much all over the world now and as expected value for money is something that this industry needs to cater to. People these days demand games with replay value or plenty of content. Games that take time and effort to complete are the ones that everyone is eyeing, blasting through a game in a day. 2014 has a good year for gaming. It has seen a whole bunch of lengthy titles released in a short period of time, be it remastered versions, brand new titles or even I...

The World Cup is no doubt the largest stage for a footballer to showcase his talent and get a name for himself. This event brings nations together and the world is treated to some really good matches of football. Even friends who don’t know the first thing about football are suddenly hardcore Spain or Brazil supporters. Even though the World Cup sets the stage for many players by giving them the opportunity to create a legacy for themselves which will be remembered down the footballing generations, there are often times when the sky-high expectations surrounding some of the players are not met. With the release of the next installment of the FIFA franchise around the corner, the performances showed in Brazil will have a pretty big effect on the ratings given to players. Here are the ...

Messi confirmed as FIFA 15 Cover Star

To many it doesn’t come as a surprise as Argentinian goal-scorer Lionel Messi has been named the FIFA 15 global cover star. Though he was on the loosing team in the World Cup final, he is considered by many the best player in the world at the moment. He was named Man of the Match four times and scored that many times during his nation’s run to the finals. Messi has had many chances to feature on the cover of FIFA games. After all, the Barcelona striker was featured on the global cover of past games like FIFA Street (2012), FIFA 13 (2012), and FIFA 14 (2013). This is his fourth consecutive appearance as FIFA’s global cover athlete. FIFA 15 will also have regional cover stars, though these have not been announced yet. FIFA 15 launches September 23 in North America, Septembe...

PC Specs for FIFA 15 revealed

EA Sports have just announced that the PC version of their hit title FIFA 15 will be powered by the Ignite Engine, which is the same technology used to power the Xbox One and Playstation 4 versions of the game along with other titles like EA Sports UFC, Madden NFL 15, and NHL 15. FIFA 15 becomes the first PC game ever to use the Ignite engine. According to a post on the EA Sports website, the PC version of FIFA 15 includes “all of the same core features” in the Xbox One and PS4 versions. EA will probably spill some beans on this during its E3 press conference on the 9th of June along with a trailer. Though EA Sports is not really disclosing much about the features, the publisher has released the minimum and recommended PC specs for the game, which you can find below. Recommende...
