Ubisoft are really working hard with coming up with patches especially with two of its front runners– Far Cry 4 and Assassin’s Creed Unity. The publisher has just released a second patch for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions of its open-world FPS, Far Cry 4. This update followed a similar patch that was issued for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 versions a little over a week after the game was shipped across Europe and the US.
