Assassin’s Creed Syndicate/Victory: What We Expect

Seeing Ubisoft’s lacklustre delivery with Unity, it’s easy to be sceptical of another release in the series without even a year’s delay. Some details have already been leaked with an official reveal by Ubisoft coming tomorrow, the 12th of May. Assassin’s Creed Victory, now also being called Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, is set in 19th century London, during the Victorian era, with an as-of-yet unnamed male protagonist. While there are many speculations about what Ubisoft will do with this latest entry, here’s a list of what we expect from this amazing franchise- 1. Culturally and Historically Rich and Diverse: While Assassin’s Creed 3 was rich with historic events and figures, it wasn’t always visible in the world around. What we hope to see is...

During an earnings call on Thursday, chief executive officer Yves Guillemot announced Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed movie has officially entered production and should start shooting soon. The movie produced by New Regency and 20th Century Fox, will hit theaters on December 21, 2016. That’s one week after the first Star Wars spinoff movie hits cinemas. “This is a very important milestone for the project,” Guillemot said. We keep hearing about the Assassin’s Creed movie all the time, but at the same time we know very little of it other than the fact that Inglourious Basterds actor Michael Fassbender will play the lead role. The movie will be directed by Justin Kurzel. Ubisoft has a total of six movies in the pipeline. In addition to Assassin’s Creed, th...

Real Life Assassin’s Creed

Cosplayers are quite fun to watch, they dress up and assume a fictional character. And I’m sure you’ll agree with me when I say that some are better than others. There were some I saw at the Comic Con here in Delhi last year and they were a sight to behold, I’m not going to say anymore. Back to my point now, there are so many cosplayers out there, some that do a good job and some that don’t. Meet Jamie Oakley, as far as casting someone for the Assassin’s Creed movie is concerned, you might as well cast this guy right here. It’s not just the volume of ASC gear he’s got on, but its essence lies in the detailing of what he wears. From afar cosplayers can look halfway decent even if it was a last minute decision to put on some colourful clothes and loo...

Assassin’s Creed Movie Delayed Till 2016

For Assassin’s Creed fans this could be pretty disastrous news as there has been an even further delay in the movie. After a few stumbles and adjustments in production and schedule the live-action adaptation is all set to come out the 21st of December 2016. ComicBook.com reports that Twentieth Century Fox officially announced the movie’s slot for December 2016. The movie has been pushed back almost a year as it initially scheduled for an August 2015 release. The film which is based on the successful Ubisoft video game series of the same name, will feature “X-Men”‘s Michael Fassbender, who is to be playing the role of Desmond Miles—the main character from the games who lives in the present but through a software called Animus is caught in a war between Assassins and ...

Assassin’s Creed Unity PC Specs A Little Too Extravagant

Ubisoft announced yesterday the minimum and recommended PC specs for Assassin’s Creed Unity, and all we have to say is that Nvidia and AMD are going to make some new business. You need a 64-bit operating system and a 50GB of hard drive space to install it. The processor and RAM requirements aren’t that bad, but what stands out most are the video card requirements. A GTX 680 or HD 7970 is the you’ll need to run the game. The only video cards supported at release are the GTX 680 or better; the GTX 700 series; the HD 7970 or better; and the R9 200 series. Laptop versions of these “may work but are not officially supported.” The full required and recommended specs follow below. Required Specs: OS: 64-bit Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8/8.1 Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K ...
