Assassin’s Creed Pirates Is Now Free To Play

Now you can go ahead and live your dreams of walking around on a wooden leg with an annoying parrot on your shoulder and your eye patch as Assassin’s Creed Pirate is free across all platforms. And not just that, the game gets an update called Cold Blood which takes you into the Arctic with a new crew member.   Your new comrade will help you procure resources and guide you through the icy waters that befall you. The ship too has been customized to face the frigid waters. Additional in-game content is available and sold separately in the game. Ubisoft get their revenue out of the game by allowing in-app coin purchases. The game is available on Play Store and App Store

Only those who have played Assassin’s Creed Black Flag will know exactly what Assassin’s Creed Pirates entails. And it just so happens that this week Ubisoft has made this mobile gaming app free for iOS. The game is all about naval warfare, which is more to do with strategy and stuff like that rather than running around hoping from island to island killing animals to upgrade your armor. Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD Confirmed for 2014 by Ubisoft

Usbisoft has confirmed that Vita spin-off Assassin’s Creed II: Liberation will come out on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC in 2014. Original Developer Ubisoft Sofia is undertaking the HD re-release and Ubisoft say that the visuals of Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD have been updated to feature new shaders and improved textures and that all the animation has been improved. The touchscreen elements have been taken out and the game will feature 15 new missions. The remaining missions have been done up again based on player feedback an Ubisoft adds that the game’s free-running has been improved. The game’s HD remake was first heard of last week when a screen of Ubisoft logos leaked online.
