Bethesda Partners Up With AMD To Optimize Games For Vega And Ryzen

During its Capsaicin and Cream event at GDC 2017, AMD talked a bit about its upcoming Vega graphics cards. The company revealed that their next-gen GPUs will be called as RX Vega rather than RX 500 series. The bigger news, was when Raja Koduri announced a special partnership with Bethesda in which the studio will optimize its games for Vega and Ryzen.. “This is a true engineering collaboration between the companies, not just kind of marketing or branding stuff,” he said. “We have dedicated engineers on both sides working on optimizations and leveraging multiple cores, and all the new features in the Radeon GPUs.” This could be a big deal for both of them.
