Microsoft showed up few hotline hardware in the NY press conference. Three Windows 10 mobiles, Hololens, Microsoft Band and Surface Pro 4 were the main attraction in the event.
The love of Microsoft on perfect and real hardware is unclenching even though Microsoft failed with its design several times, but presenting you the new Surface Pro 4 from Surface line which could change the fate of Microsoft’s hardware lineup. During the press release Microsoft has announced new hardware gimmick in Surface franchise. Well unlike its earlier version of Surface line i.e Surface Pro 3, the new hardware is unique and improved in its own way.

Design:
- Silver smooth metal laptop similar to Mac book Pro outer design.
- 8.4mm thinner than Surface Pro 3.
- Weights less than 800gms.
- Keyboard is now extra spacious with the feature of backlit keyboard.
- Few keys are 1.6mm deeper.
- Detachable screen.
- Larger precision glass trackpad.
- Introducing Microsoft’s “Dynamic Fulcrum” typical hinges at the joint of tablet and keyboard.
- Dynamic Fulcrum leaves a slight gap when the Surface book is closed.
- A button is provided so as to detach the screen easily from the keyboard.
- Surface book is housed in a machined magnesium body.
- A touch pen(stylus) is provided which easily gets attached with the surface.
Display:
- A 12.3 inch display with pixel density 267PPI.
- 2,736 x 1,824 resolution display.
- Supports 1024 levels of pressure.
- Display looks classy and similar to Surface Pro 3.
Hardware:
- Latest Intel i5 and i7 processors from the skylake family 6th generation(not sure enough).
- Nvidia GeForce GPU with GDDR5 memory.
- Top end version will come with a pack of 16GB RAM and 1TB HDD.
- Faster than Macbook Pro.
- Hybrid design of fan has reduced the thickness of device.
- On an average 12 hour battery life is expected.
- Type cover come with fingerprint authentication for Windows Hello.
- A Rear Camera of 8-megapixel and front camera of 5-megapixel.
- Three USB ports and two 4K display ports.
Pricing and Release Date:
Microsoft announced that the device will be available in US market on 26th of October starting at $899 and pre-orders to begin from 7th October.
Well Surface Pro 4 is unique in its own way, Microsoft is making the most from Windows 10 and that could be the perfect OS ever. In addition Windows 10 Xbox support is fabulous and its nothing like anything. We just loved the design of Surface Pro 4 from the conference and the overwhelming response all over the world is exemplary.
