Nintendo gave us a taste of what their upcoming hybrid console Switch has to offer in last week’s reveal event, and we got to see a glimpse of what the main menu looks like. Now another image has surfaced on the internet, showing us what the UI looks like in the portable mode.
Published on Twitter by publisher Nicalis, the image also shows some Nicalis games like The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+, 1001 Spikes and Cave Story, out of which the latter two hadn’t been confirmed for the Switch until the image was posted.
The image indicate that the console UI comes with a slider that shows recently played games, along with options for accessing messages, settings, power, Joy-Con settings and the store right below. The tweet has now been taken off by Nicalis, but once something is on the internet, is it actually possible to remove it? Well, not really. Speculations are roaring on forums like NeoGAF, some of which say that the dark background in the image suggests that the Switch might also offer a light background setting, and the option to change user actually means that the Switch supports multiple profiles.
