Gaming phones are not really a category yet. But that is changing fast, with big brands like Samsung eyeing the daily smartphone user and seeking to satisfy his/her gaming needs.
And hence comes the Samsung Galaxy J5 and the Galaxy J7. Being marketed as gaming smartphones in India, these are two of the most aggressively priced phones by Samsung.
Heralded by a launch event at Taj Palace Hotel, the two new entries in the J series was revealed by Manu Sharma (Director – Product Marketing – Samsung Electronics India) and Asim Warsi (Vice President – Marketing – Samsung India Electronics). Alongside them were the Flipkart representative (the phone is only available exclusively here) and the Airtel Representative (the 4G partner).
Manu sharma introduces the phone and its gaming features and then shows off an exciting multiplayer experience on Asphalt 8. Following this was a Q&A session with the the media, after which the experience zones were opened for hands on with the J5 and the J7.
