Konami: “PC Version of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain Looks Stunning”

Jon Edwards marketing executive of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has been interviewed by MCV. In the interview Jon said, “We are so pleased to be able to release it alongside the console games, and that Kojima productions has worked so hard to make it such a strong version.”

Well that’s a good thing to hear, since it’s been seven years since there was a full, console Metal Gear Solid game. Metal Gear Solid 5 was earlier announced to ship after two weeks of console version. Konami has announced that PC version of the game will ship on September 15 and later it was moved to September 1. Konami President Tomotada Tashiro said, “We initially did nit think it would be possible to get such an epic game out onto PC in time for launch alongside its console counterparts, but all involved have worked diligently to meet the demands of our PC consumers.”

During the interview with MCV Jon Edwards explained Why play Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain on PC ?, he said “Like Ground Zeroes, the graphics are stunning in the new 4k mode, while the scale and online elements within the game are a perfect fit for the format. Metal Gear Solid V is such an entertaining game, we always wanted it to play the strength of its host format, and the PC edition certainly does that.” Well he literally means the Gameplay would be more than just being Awesome, which he called it as Stunning.

“Anyone who has spent any amount of time with it has been blown away by its depth, scope and ambition. It is one of those games in which people go and wonder if I can do this ? which they inevitably can. Metal Gear Solid V is an incredible freedom and free roam game, Yup you do have missions to perform but their is something beyond that.” said Jon Edwars. He also added that “Kojima has seen and experienced every bit of Metal Gear Solid, his ideas have been moving closer to his vision.” “Metal Gear Solid V : The Phantom Pain is game of the year,” said Jon Edwards.

Kojima has announced that he will retire from Konami cast after Metal Gear Solid V shipping to consoles and PC on September 1. Well that’s a bad news, Can we again experience Metal Gear Solid V in Kojima’s style. Meanwhile, Earlier this year, Konami has announced that they working on a new metal Gear Solid game and was recruiting for the project.
