Last year when OnePlusOne was launched, the Chinese manufacturer got a ton support from its customers despite being a newcomer in the market and a year later, the OnePlus 2 looks set to emulate its antecedents example.
The company still sells the OnePlus 2 in the same way as OnePlus one that is you have to wait for the invite to buy before you can actually buy the handset. The company usually does this to preserve its inventory but this means that you need to wait for an invite to become available or you can simply hack the invite system and jump 300,000 places in the queue.
In its home country, OnePlus sells the phone(OnePlus 2) to anyone who wants to buy the phone from their website, with no invite system required. The company has revealed that it managed to sell 30,000 units of its new flagship in just 64 seconds after the handset was made available on its Chinese online store.
The company is also struggling to keep up the demand for the phone. The company also went on to add that a second batch of handsets will be available to buy via OnePlus’ online store starting August 11th so if you missed out this time, you’ll want to be quick when it goes on sale again.
