What Do Gamers Want From The Next Assassin’s Creed?

The latest instalment in the Creed series, Assassin’s Creed Origins, has surpassed all our expectations and won our hearts. The ancient Egyptian setting took the players back to the most primal days of the Creed and fixed pretty much everything a gamer had to complain about with the in-depth RPG elements, a beautifully vast open world and a challenging combat. According to the popular speculations, it stands a strong chance to be the Game of The Year 2017.

Although the game is pretty fresh in the market and most of us haven’t even probably got our hands on it, many gamers have started speculating the next Assassin’s Creed.

Today, we’ll sum up a few of the most popular demands and speculations of the gamers regarding the mainline title of the creed series.

A Brotherhood in Feudal Japan

Feudal Japan was the period between 1185-1868 A.D. Japan. The setting would be actually pretty cool if you come think about it, as you’ll tumble around as a Samurai in the ancient Japan.

Viking Era

The Players wish to witness a the Brotherhood in the Viking Era as you faced the hardships of the unforgiving cold and pillage distant lands. Retrospecting Ubisoft’s take with Vikings in For Honor, I believe that can come with a pretty sweet title.

Ancient India

Although Ubisoft did bring the Creed to India with Assassin’s creed chronicles, I personally believe that the Indian history and mythology had much more potential and credibility. From the Vedic age to the Golden age, from the Maurya Empire to Indo-Greek Era, from the Mughal Empire to the Colonial age, India houses a vast history, enough to feature a mainline Creed game.

The Holy Crusades

The Holy Crusades were of the westerners to take back Jerusalem and other middle eastern areas were a chronological hub of socio-economic changes. It would be pretty interesting to see the role of the Assassin Brotherhood in the Holy Crusades. Deus Vault!

Mythology

Now, this is something off the grid. Ubisoft is known to pick interesting historic eras for the Creed games but a mythological setting would be a total game-changer. Be it Greek, Indian, Norse or any other mythology.

Those were some of the things that the gamers scattered across the globe are willing to find in the Assassin’s Creed upcoming instalments. Think we missed out something? Have an awesome idea about a setting we didn’t mention? Why not comment down below and share your expectations from the next Assassin’s Creed game?
