Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag, the most popular action-adventure stealth video game, is all set for a midnight launch, scheduled to be held on the night of October 28, 2013. NVIDIA reveals Gamestream
NVIDIA announced Gamestream this morning, an initiative aimed at pairing the company’s GPUs with streaming gaming via its Shield handheld game console. Company head Jen-Hsun Huang says the service takes NVIDIA’s GeForce Experience software and pairs it with NVIDIA GPUs and the Shield to push streaming gaming to the living room. Huang said Gamestream’s first stop is a re-branding of the Shield’s streaming tech — sounds like that PC streaming tech on Shield is coming out of beta. But Huang’s not stopping there: he pulled NVIDIA’s Ujesh Desai on-stage, and he showed Shield powering PC game streaming on a nearby LG 4K television. “What makes Gamestream special is the low-latency of it,” Huang said. Michael Fassbender assigned main role in Assassin’s Creed Movie
Wouldn’t you think that the people making the ‘Assassin’s Creed’ movie would pick an actor who has at the least has played the game. Well, you’d be wrong if you thought so. Cause actor Michael Fassbender is all set to star in the Assassin’s Creed: The Movie, even though he has never played the game. In a recent interview the actor said that the roles in movies such as X-Men and Prometheus have given him the freedom to explore less commercial pieces. Photos On How to Replace the PS4 Hard Drive
Sony had confirmed at E3 that the PlayStation 4 would give owners the option to remove and upgrade the built-in hard drive, and now they’ve shown us how. PC enthusiast websiteComputer Bild has put up detailed photos of the PS4’s removable housing and HDD tray. According to the post, it seems like the hard drive is placed underneath the glossy exterior panel on top of the device which can be removed via torx screwdriver. Like the PS3, the system uses a 2.5″ laptop hard drive, which should enable users to upgrade the system with a solid state drive, provided they’re willing to go through the trouble and incur the expense. It comes as a shock to all of us, Tributes have been pouring in from friends, fellow authors and fans of the American novelist Tom Clancy . Dead at 66, Twitter has been flooded with mourners and well-wishers. Fellow writer Jackie Collins wrote: “RIP Tom Clancy. Oculus Rift support for more than 90 games
The beta for vorpX, a stereoscopic 3D driver that enables Oculus Rift support to more than 90 DirectX 9 and 11 titles, is now available for $40, the developer announced on its website. Games compatible with the product include Skyrim, Crysis, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Fallout 3 and more. The full list of supported games is available here. According to the developer, a demo will be released in a few weeks. Wii production soon coming to an end
Even though the Wii is without a doubt Nintendo’s top-selling console, recent talks have indicated that production of the device is likely to come to a close. It was revealed on the official Nintendo Japan Wii website that Wii “manufacturing is scheduled to end soon.” No date has been confirmed as of now, and it still remains unclear whether this end in production of the Wii only applies to Japan or to the rest of the world as well.
