The Last of Us HBO series adaptation announced

Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin and The Last of Us writer and creative director Neil Druckmann will adapt The Last of Us video game franchise into an HBO series, the network announced. Druckmann will work with Mazin to pen and executive producer the series. Naughty Dog president Evan Wells will also executive produce along with Chernobyl executive producer Carolyn Strauss.
