Best Smartphone Games Of October 2016

October has been a good month for game releases this year. Huge games like Battlefield 1, Titanfall 2 and Gears of War 4 made their way onto consoles/PCs across the world. October has also been a decent month for the mobile gaming segment as well. Here is a list of games that will guarantee to keep you entertained during your daily commute on the metro.

1. Pumped BMX 3

Following the success of Pumped BMX 2, Pumped 3 is back with more riders, more bikes, more stunts and more levels that will challenge even the best. The roster features 15 of the world’s top dirt jumpers along with 24 new tricks that look both stylish and insane. Sadly, this game is the final installment of the best rated BMX game.

Note: This game released late last month (29th September to be precise), but it really is a good game and needed it to be mentioned.

Price: Rs 270
Platforms:  Android | iOS

2. Tomb Heroes

This delightful 8-bit game is one of those games you play when you have nothing much else to do. The goal is to escape and destroy the various monsters in the tomb. Each monster has their own power that make them different from one another.

Price: Free
Platforms: Android | iOS

3. Randal’s Monday

This is a graphic adventure game, featuring a classic game play style and a story line full of humor. This essentially means that you will have to play a good amount of the game to see it through till it’s end. Players will be put to the test as they are faced with obstacles throughout the game.

Price: Free
Platforms: Android | iOS (to release soon)

4. One More Jump

This one was my favorite from the list. One More Jump is brought to you by SMG Studios, they were the same guys who made the famous One More Line. This game is a hand-crafted intense arcade platformer. The simple one touch control is hard to master and will test your muscle memory, concentration as well as your sanity.

Price: Free
Platform: Android

5. Bulb Boy

A surprisingly dark game for a title that sounds like a kid’s educational video. The game requires you, Bulb Boy to save everything he loves in the Bulbhouse which is overshadowed by horrid monsters. The game is quite interesting as you solve puzzles, defeat monsters and reveal Bulby’s abilities to unfold a twisted tale.

Price: Rs.170
Platforms: Android | iOS
