The now cancelled Silent Hills’ teaser, P.T., was pulled from the PS4’s storefront as suddenly as it arrived. But while it was up, it managed to capture gamers’ hearts, minds and most importantly, imaginations. Now even as outrage over Silent Hills’ cancellation is winding down and Konami is exiting the console gaming market for good, a team of 6 indie developers are in advanced stages of developing the spiritual successor to Guillermo Del Toro, Hideo Kojima and Norman Reedus’ lamentedly dead brainchild.
Allison Road is being developed by Lilith Ltd. on Unreal Engine, which is also used by the gorgeous Kholat for the PC. It is, unashamedly, a fan game for P.T., and makes references and takes potshots at it.
