If the studio’s social account handles are to be believed, the makers of Metro: Last Night, 4A Games may be teasing a new game currently under development. Now weigh in the fact that the studio hasn’t released a game in the past three years, and it seems more likely that an announcement might just be around the corner.
It began with 4A Games posting a 360 degree picture on their Facebook account, next to a countdown that ended at the same time as the beginning of the Oculus Connect 3 conference. The noteworthy thing is that multiple Oculus Rift headsets can be seen in the picture, thus leading to the speculation that a VR title may be in works.
The studio has since also posted a couple of pictures on both Twitter and Facebook, each with their own “give you a hand” joke.

Considering that the time gap between the release of Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Night was three years, and Last Night was released about three years ago, 4A Games surely seems to be due for a new announcement. However, only time will tell what and when it’s going to be.
